Since getting sick during my PTO I have felt an aggressive lack of energy when it comes to chatting. In fact, I sometimes don't even check Discord for a day or two and still have unread direct messages from last week. I just can't find the strength to interact with people right now. No idea what triggered it either. I just know I'm socially exhausted. Maybe ADHD burnout?
